Hello my name is Rachel. I have been hairdressing for over 30 years, having had great opportunities to work throughout England mainly in London (12 years) and for the last 17 years here at RMUK in Leeds (you get less for murder). I have also spent time abroad doing hair shows and seminars. Hong Kong is the most fascinating place I’ve been, it was quite inspirational all the different styles of fashion and looks, from high fashion to classical beautiful ideas. 

I love cutting and colouring as I feel it’s a story that goes together for me. I love meeting new clients as I feel it’s the start of a journey and I’m so lucky to have long-standing amazing clients that have got to know my family and I. I work three full days a week as I feel I can give a 100% while I’m here but still get home to my three beautiful children and spend quality time with them. 

My mantra is the mind is like a parachute, it only works when open, the brain always has to learn, if you feel you know it all you have to get out of hairdressing!
